Terms of Service

How my commission works

  1. Inquiry: Fill out the order form / VGen inquiries

  2. Confirmation: Confirm your commission slot

  3. Payment: I’ll send you an invoice via gmail

  4. Process: You’ll receive drafts at each stage of the process to check and request revisions. Once everything is approved, I’ll begin finalizing the work. I usually work on a 3000px × 4000px canvas at 350 dpi (you can request a different canvas size)

  5. Finish: The final files (JPEG and transparent PNG) will be sent via email

General

  • Personal use only

  • Commercial use is +100% to 200% of the original price

  • References must be in visual form (character, pose, expression, color palette, mood, and other details)

  • Text-only references may have an extra fee depending on complexity

  • I can decline your commission if it's complicated for me or I'm not comfortable with it

  • Feel free to ask for progress updates

Things I will and won't draw

I will draw

  • Original character, fanart, humanoid

  • Couple (straight / GL / BL)

  • Mild NSFW (kissing, suggestive, lingerie)

  • Mild / Heavy Gore

I won't draw

  • Mecha, furries, full armoured characters

  • Heavy NSFW

  • Any disrepectful and hateful art

  • Imitate other art style

Revisions

  • Up to 2× free minor revisions per stage (sketch, lineart, coloring, render), so please list all requested changes clearly in one message per revision

  • Max 2× free major revisions during sketch stage

  • Any additional revisions will incur an extra charge depending on complexity

Deadlines

  • Estimated turnaround is 5-30 business days per commission

  • Turnaround time may be faster or longer depending on my workload and schedule. I’ll notify you ASAP if I run into any issues that might delay progress

  • Rush deadline: +30%

Intellectual Property Rights

  • NFT and AI use of my commissions is strictly prohibited

  • All copyrights belong to the artist. This includes posting the commission on my social media for self-promotion and adding it to my portfolio. For safety, I will only post a lower quality version with a watermark

  • If you don’t want me to post the commission, there will be an additional 50% fee of the original price

  • Any repost of the commission must include proper credit to the artist

Payments

  • Pay 50% or 100% upfront before sketch. The remaining payment is due after sketch approval

  • Payment via BCA (for local) and Paypal (for international)

  • No refunds, unless I have personal issues and can’t finish your commission. If that happens, I’ll notify you and we’ll discuss
